Breathe.
Listen for a moment.
Just listen.
Really listen.
Have you ever really listened before? To yourself rather. Not the noise that fills your days?
Listen.
Is this something that comes easy to you? Do you feel any resistance? any restlessness? any fear?
Breathe.
Let yourself be.
Here.
In this moment.
Hold your heart in your hands.
Can you do that?
Experience your touch.
How does it feel? Safe? Motherly? Empty?
What colours reside in your heart? What sounds, what feelings dwell in your silence?
